I have a set of wheels 19x8.5 all four, and the person I bought them from had 235-35-19 in front and 265-30-19 in the rear.

I put these #s on the tire calculator and the 265s are off by .1 from the original 235-45-17 circumference (equivalent to 60mph to 59.8mph). The 235 where off by a bunch and almost 2 miles off in speed (60mph original compare to 58mph on the 235s)...

I was wondering why I don't see more people using 265-30-19 if they are almost dead on to the original circumference size????????

The originals are not 235-45-17. They are 245/50/17

And if I'm not mistaken most people with 19"s run 245/40/19 or close to that if you're keeping oem fitment

wow, I bought my car from the dealer with 235-45-17 on 17x8 et 45mm 10 spoke OEM wheels (2008). I pretty sure that inside the door says the same thing. I will double check. Maybe I should list what year and model of car I have.

2005 TL 6MT.

anybody else has an idea.
