Air Suspension Issues...

I know air suspension is somewhat of a rare thing around the 4th gen area but I figured I'd ask in hopes of some sort of answer. So I just wired up everything and it seems to be running good but I have a list of issues I need you guys to help me out with.

First off I'm running the Autopilot V2 management system and I'm also using KSport Air struts on my car. The issue I'm having is that every time I air up, the rear goes up like a good half feet or something but the front doesn't move a single inch going from 0 psi to even 150psi... Also, the car bounces like there's no tomorrow when set at my drive height (which seems to be 70psi in the rear and 90-100 in the front). I've tried setting my 36 way dampening unit to 36 soft and it's soft but still bounces everywhere. I set my setting to the hardest and it's like a rock that bounces. Regardless, it bounces insanely.

What am I doing wrong? Is there some sort of preload that I have to set with the shock itself? It's driving me insane. I spent nearly 8 hours today working on it and I'm debating on going back to OEM already...

The management is setup and fulling functioning. It's the coil over and bag that's somehow causing it to bounce. It might have something to do with my prepping or the preload. Because there is a bag instead of a spring, there basically is no preload and that's what I'm worried about.

KSport is reputable and I've had no issues with them on other vehicles. It's specifically our vehicles and Acura's that have that macpherson/double wishbone suspension that requires a lot more force to lift the car. Seems as if KSport strut can only be tied with the KSport management system which is overpriced and analog based.

Guess I'll be riding my vehicle out stock for this year then moving onto a new vehicle next year.

Lmao yeah. So basically i ordered my strut and management separately. I contacted BoostLogic which is based out in Texas. Apparently they're reputable therefore I went through them. I asked specifically if KSport struts that I order through them would be 3/8 and they said yes. Upon receiving it, the struts itself had 1/4 fittings. The fittings itself isn't removable because it's on the top hat. The only option would be to convert from a 1/4 to 3/8's with an adapter so I had that done at my shop, but since the TL is so heavy and the front requires so much PSI to push up (roughly 150psi and above where as a regular Mazda 3 or VW would only require 40-60psi) it blew up the adapter and wires. I tried using different fittings like PTC which leaked and compression which literally blew up/off and can't handle 150psi through that. I'm in contact with Boostlogic to see if I can return the setup since I had it on for a day and it was a complete fail. My Autopilot V2 unit will be up for sale shortly.

Ahahaha. Yeah I love it but because of the commute I do on a daily basis (averaging 700km per week) I need something fuel efficient. With Canadian gas prices, It's costing me roughly $120 a week on gas alone... and that sucks for a student. We'll see what comes around but I've been eyeing down on the Lexus CT200h F-Sport. I know the cars slow as hell but damn my car sucks on gas.
