@ SoL_TeK
Appreciate it.
Purchased the lug nuts from a place called 1320 Performance. The color I got is in gold which is hard to find for our 4th gen and still hasn't faded yet 1320 Performance Extended Lug nuts I mentioned them to a few members about it. You can also find them a lil cheaper on ebay as well & they'll match the prices on ebay. Last time I remember they had about 7-8 different colors to choose from in our size which is 14x1.5. Just make sure you get the right lug seats. Hope this helps.
Thanks man I appreciate the info, so do you have more pics on your sitting on those TY-5? looking forward for more pics

CarbonTSEX you gotta be able to help me running those BC racing cool overs with extreme drop. I have an Acura TL 2010 sh awd two days ago I had the BC coil overs BR type installed and the front sits really low its already broken off the plastic engine guard underneath the car. What the heck did u do to even get a lip kit on yours dropped so low. I'm afraid to even get the lip kit I feel like I'll just have to leave the car parked if I do that lol. Also (may sound dumb) but how do most people get low offsets to fit if I'm always being recommended 40-55?

Enkei TY-5 as requested

I was planning to either get the diamond cuts just like yours or the Advance wheels, but wanted a more aggressive look along with value and can't forget about lightweight and not to mention dependability and build quality to the smallest details. The Enkei's without a doubt is hands down the best shoes I've had so far besides my 57 getter(MF) which cost damn near 4x's more.

@Soal Man man those look super nice man! I really like the look on those than on my diamond cut. I just looked them up and those TY-5 are machined black,so it adds a very nice unique look. I would really like to see how those would look on a white TL, and they look way lighter than stock, in which I would be in favor of. Thanks for the pics man! your car looks sharp.

Thanks. Your right about the finish and theres also 3 different colors to choose from, mine being Pearl Black is a limited production. Whatever you decide to choose I'm sure it'll suite to your own style and preference. Tire Rack has a media gallery for you to help you choose all that. Seen all 3 in person and to me the Pearl suites my style and perfectly matches the GLM color just right https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Whee...=Black+Painted
Damn, thought I posted more pics from last night to show members how the Enkei sits. Hope this helps.

(driver side shot) Fender to wheel you can see that its only off by a few mm.
Fitment from a slightly lower angle (slight neg. camber 1.2/all within factory specs.)
She loves doing squats on a daily.

No problem at all. If your planning to get the same or similar setup in the future just hmu have several places in Socal or Norcal that I know of who's willing to compete for your business for the low low.

If you're talking about the little engine flap piece under the rad, then you're pretty low, I removed mine (maxed out on Tein SA) after scraping it a bunch of times and had to remove it when installed my splitter. And in regards to the offsets, just get smaller tire to get a bit of stretch on em and make sure your fenders are rolled and maybe pulled. Just gotta play around with the height afterwards to find the desired setting you want.

hey man I was wanting to do something similar to your setup. 20" wheels with lowering springs. I don't have a lot of money but want to have a little lower ride height and bigger wheels. How is the ride? It is still comfortable yet sporty? How does it drive?

I guess I'm a little scared as to my last wheel endeavor which wasn't fun lol and I just got this TL and I don't really want to do anything too crazy, just a little ya know....Thanks in advance!

Would 20x9 +25 front and rear 20x10.5 +27 fit our cars?

I've been doing tons of research on wheels the past 3 weeks. That offset is wayyyyy to low and your scrub radius would be insane. Your wheels would stick out ridiculously. The handling of your car would be extremely affected and I would advise you to stay above +35. The closer to factory specs you stay, the better off you'll be without running into any problems. If you deviate from spec, use math the correct the difference i.e. if your rims are wider, then calculate the correct offset to keep close to spec. Also check out this handy page. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I figured the offset wouldn't work. The wheels were made for a BMW and thought I would ask since I have seen some BMW wheels on our cars.

Actually they will fit. I have 20x9 +16 on 235/30/20 and 20x10.5 +25 on 255/30/20. Tires were Nitto Invo's and off a M5. To get them to fit, they had to have a slight stretch and lower profile. Also the rear fenders had to be rolled flat. I was able to run them without rubbing on coilovers and I was able to tuck them when aired out with some camber adjustment.

Yes I didn't say they wouldn't fit, I just said it would affect many aspects of the cars performance, plus as you stated, it adds more things to modify. Everyone will have their own taste and look.

He's interested in wide wheels otherwise he wouldn't have asked.

I still had great handling and power. But they did prevent me from gaining another 10hp/10tq during my dyno tune. There's pros and cons.

Looks good!

But I say skip springs and go straight to coils. You might end up not liking the springs. They tend to ruin the stock struts on the car and you'll need to replace em later down the road.

Gotcha still up in the air...springs or coils...leaning toward coils for great flexibility...

Car looks awesome! Is that 20x10.5 +35 on front and back? Any rub with people in the back?

I wonder if this will fit the FWD's the same?..

Thanks and yes front and back. U can run the same on FWD. Rubs a little with people in the back depending on their weight. 2 passenger is my limit unless it's kids. FYI: I no longer have these wheels and have gone with a different setup since last year. I want to post pics but just haven't made the time.

what was the reason for going with different wheels? Old wheels bent? Too aggressive? Or just wanted a new look?

what was the reason for going with different wheels? Old wheels bent? Too aggressive? Or just wanted a new look?

No issues at all. I curbed up the wheels pretty badly lol and wanted a different look as well. Fortunately, I was still able to sell them and recoup some money. Went with a less aggressive setup to not stretch the tires since that's how I curbed the wheels because the lips were so exposed. This time I bought some JDM wheels which were not cheap because they are forged but I liked the look, color and it's lightweight. Took like 3 or 4 months to get here as well.
