4g fwd tl suspension

Do you find the 4G fwd suspension too bumpy / hard? Also, road noise is also quite high. What do you guys think?

What car do you think this is, a Cadillac? Seriously, if you think the FWD car has a firm ride, you should take the AWD version (which comes with the sports suspension) for a spin. The base TL with the 17" tires has a very soft ride in my opinion...too soft for my taste. I find the AWD w/the 18" wheels to have the perfect combination of control and compliance. In a perfect world, I wish Acura would offer adjustable dampers like in certain BMW's and Audi's.

Pete,

You're scaring me -- you're starting to sound like a certain excellent automotive industry analyst!

ma1123 what are you comparing the 4G susp too?

(Uh oh, fifteen minutes to Motor Week.

'Course, three minutes to Motor Week.

Ten minutes to Motor Week. We're definitely locked in this box with no TV.)

I was comparing it with my 2001 CL-type S. For some reason, the 4G feels more harsh on bumps. Also, I hear more road noise.
