22" wheels under a TL SHAWD????
So I'm trying to do the "stuff 22's under a 2012 TL SHAWD thing. I'm looking at 22X9" 50mm offset, I'm thinking I need a 22X8.5 in the front and go 22X9.5 in the rear, anyone know of anyone that ever stuffed 22" wheels under a TL? and if so what exact fit? Tire size?

why did you get a sh-awd if your going to dump it on 22's?
those sizes will fit, but your car is going to be raised up by a lot.
you wont be able to turn correctly and your car will ride like a freight train..
highest id go will be 20's.. 21's are pushing it already..
just something to think about..

Get some lightweight forged wheels which will restore throttle response and fuel mileage.
Some forged 20" wheels can even be lighter in weight than the OEM 17" 's.

Ok, think I'm settling on doing staggered 20's and lowering. I want a really flush look, I plan on rolling the fenders, but still worried about rubbing BS. Looking at 9.5 front 245X35 20's, and rear 275X30 20's rear, I know rolling diameter needs to be as close as possible on a 4th gen SH-AWD. Looking at Eback springs?
Wheels are 9.5 front, 10.5 rear, looking at a 55mm offset? I need real input, exact fits done, with pics to show if you would.

I noticed you posted this in another thread, but I'll keep that thread on the original topic....

Thats 10.5's all around on a 255 tire. A 245 tire will have to be stretched even more. Read this specific post for most of the info you need:

Depending on your driving habits, it may or may not be a risk to stretch the tire that much.
Ok, I've read all the posts, but still not convinced which set up is right for me. I'm settled on doing staggered 20's and lowering. Looking at Eibach springs?

Maybe just do 10.5 all around on 245X35 tires? I need real input, exact fits done, with pics to show if you would.
