Yes mine is around the same offset ~28-29mm and on stock springs, it does not rub at all.

That's because you have SH-AWD. The suspension in your car is much
tighter than the FWD.

Ryan, your wheels look GREAT! Plus, the 4G really handles a 20" wheel much better than the 3G does-at least, in my opinion!

I think those wheels would also look good on a silver colored TL as well.
