18" SH-AWD Wheel Color Code

I recently purchased an 09 TL SH-AWD with the 18" 5 spoke wheels that have some pretty severe face and lip curb rash and want to try to refinish them myself. They are a darker gunmetal gray but does anyone have any idea what the paint code is or a similar color that I can find in a spray can? Thanks

First and foremost, welcome to Acurazine! Congrats on the ride, and post some more pictures of it. Do you have white or black leather interior?

Here is a thread with some more information that may help you out:

Thanks for welcoming me! It's got the black interior and the borealis blue pearl exterior which seems to be pretty rare. I'll try to get some photos later this week after final exams.

When I was searching for 4G TL's relentlessly, I found out that about 95% of the Borealis Blue Pearl cars have a white interior. So, yes, you do have a rare combination. It also seemed that Basque Red Pearl have those stipulations as well.

If you don't mind me asking, how many miles does it have, and how much did you pay?

It wasn't a conventional sale. I drove an 04 accord prior and this was my grandmother's car and only had about 65k miles. I'm a college student and she let me have it for $5000 which was very nice of her. There are a few bits of damages on the outside because she wasn't the best driver but it is a major upgrade from what I was driving previously.

NH546M (Kaiser Silver) was common for a lot of darker Honda wheels....but I think its too dark for these

Try silverstone metallic NH630M. Probably still too dark, but close.

Remember to buy 2K clearcoat and a respirator. A refinish without 2K won't last and it won't look correct.

If you're doing this with spray cans, Spraymax 2K has worked really well for me.

I've been using repaintsupply.com for all my at-home automotive repaints for the last couple of years.

You have an exceptional value in your possession. I hope you can cherish and take care of it. I would urge you to leave it stock, rather than wasting funds on modifications.

That's exactly what I plan on doing. There's some buttons on the inside I'm replacing, the center console leather needs to be rewrapped, new hood struts, wet sanding some of the bad body scratches and refinishing the wheels is going to be the biggest project that I want to take on.
