I have an 2010 TL-AWD and it has 245/45/18 and I have 4 rims and snow tires from my 03 TL-S which are 215/50/17 Can I use the snow tires and rims on the 2010 AWD in the winter time? Don't wanna buy another set of wheels/tires for winter if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure the wheels have different bolt pattern so they won't fit. Others will chime in here to confirm. Or search this topic - it's been covered in other threads.
Your old tires are 4.4% smaller in diameter than what's on the 4G and are probably not a good idea.

Jim is correct. Bolt pattern for 03 is 5 X 114.3. 4gen is 5x120
