I am planning to buy 17 inch rims take off rims which was on a new 2012 TL base for my car which is a 2010 TL base , dealer is asking 375 bucks for set of 4 , they are new ones except that it's a take off from a new 2012 TL base and they are some slight scratches and looks new

What do yall think

BTW I really like the rims for a 2012 SH AWD TL , will those fit my 2010 TL base ?

I'm pretty sure all 4G wheels are interchangeable.

The bolt pattern and rotor size is unchanged.

Thanks for your response but i am more keen on getting opinion on buying the takeoff 17inch wheels at 375 , is that a good deal ? Does it make sense to get them as i dont like my current rims. I mean does it make sense to go from 17 to 17 or 17 to 18 is desirable

I think $375 for a set a four is not a bad deal, however 17's are 17's and the TL is a big car. They still might look small. If it were my money, I would be asking if the dealer had some take of 18's for a little bit more. JMT

I only have 4K miles on them. No scratches or anything.

If I were you I'd go with the 18's...MUCH better looking than any 17 IMO.

Agreed and wanted to buy the 18 inch SH AWD ones but they cost lot of money and in addition need tires too .. dont want to spend so much now.

I didnt buy the take off 17inch as one of them was scratched , so thinking of getting the 2012 SH AWD 18inch wheels at a reasonable price, if anyone selling them please pm me

i'm about to take off my 2012 SH-AWD rims and tires so that i can put on my 19inch Diamond Cut wheels. Car only has 15,000km, no scratches and tires are like new. I'd be willing to sell them with my tires.....it could help me ofsett my cost of buying tires for my 19's....only problem is i'm in Canada. Would be a nice road trip to test out the TL though.....just a thought!
