I bought this 03 TL in august 08. In the middle of winter I noticed that my right headlight was kind of pink color. In March I when it got warmer I was gonna buy a headlight (thought might have been the cold weather). A buddy told me that it may not be the headlight so I never bought it. About three weeks ago the left headlight got dimmed and started getting the pink hue and the right headlight went back to being fine. What could be going on?

its your bulb, they tend to change colors when they're about to go out. Change the HID bulb and your problem is fixed.

even though the problem moved from one to the other? I just don't want to drop money on two new HID if it wont work... Why would the right start working again?

im certain its you bulbs that are going out, very much like how a regular light bulb gets brighter right before it goes out I think it could be the same for your HID's.

or you can always give it a few more weeks and see if it changes back to a pinkish color again

Ok I get what your saying. Been having this problem for months but I will give it a shot. Most likely will need new bulbs soon anyways
