I don't know why this is such an issue. YOU have a bad battery. If you want to confirm it, when the car wont start, check the battery voltage. It will be below 12.5V. I did not read your first post or I could have told you this awhile back. If you want take you battery to auto zone and have them perform a free load test. It will fail.

Service Dept called me today after receiving my email and videos over the weekend and they "think" i have bad/damaged/loose wiring to the battery. They feel so bad they are coming to pick up my car tomorrow at my house. We'll see how this goes

Glad it got fixed but damn that would kinda scare me about the service dept. Its like a check enigne light comes on check the gas cap. Battery not working right check the connectors. At least they fixed it I guess they had to get the master tech out for that one.

I would a little cautious of bringing your car back to them for *any* service!
BTW, what dealer is this?

yeah its pretty sad, i say i have battery issues and you don't check the connections?? All you had to do was take the plastic off to notice.

3- what is mileage? my (shawd) relaxed at about 3,000 miles.
5- $$$ for auto wipers (if i brake on my on my own i can turn on..
auto lights with wipers is not federal.
6- like florescent bulbs it needs to warm up.
