when i first got my car about 4 months ago i noticed that the rear passenger side window would seem to get stuck about halfway down

a few days pass and it only slows down as i open the window

a few weeks later it makes a screech
so i took it in to the dealer without an appointment on a tuesday at 2pm

they gave me some bull and told me it was the side window channels and that i just needed to clean it
i left it at that because it doesn't really screech as long as i wash the car regularly
the rep acted like he was too busy for an unscheduled maintenance even though only one other person was there for a service

just today i noticed that something inside the door is loose
and with the window down it rattles against the glass when i open and close the door
i can shake the door and feel it move back and forth

i'm taking it in on tuesday
anybody else have anything similar?
