I was woken up this morning to my TL’s car alarm going off. When I went to go check on it there was a little light on my dash with a key and “!” The screen read out “Check Keyless Entry System”. I was able to start my car, but it took multiple pushes of the push to start when it normally only takes one. If I leave the car locked the alarm goes off, so I just disconnected my battery till I found out a solution. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know this is a late response,but figured i would share incase you didnt completely solve the issue.I bought a used 2010 SH-TL a few months back and about a month later i was woken up several times to my alarm going off.Couldnt figure it out nor was i going to start researching at 5am! What i did find was it was the hood latch sensor not seated right.You can unplug the sensor or just make sure its properly seated.Theres a few videos on youtube that explain how it actually works.The metal that keeps contact on the latch sensor actually shrinks if theres constant change in temps(usually overnight) but one thing i always check is when i lock my car if i dont hear the beep then theres an issue because for a few nights i was locking my car and was curious why it stopped beeping.Hope this helps!
