Brake Pedal Feels hard when at start

I notice that my brake pedal is hard to push when I try to turn on the car, the feel is like when you have the car off and press over and over until it get's hard...is this normal? if I turn the car off and try again, the feel is much normal and easier to depress.

Planing on bring it to the dealer, but thought I posted here first.

Brake booster is slowly leaking vacuum , it shouldn't be hard to push even after sitting overnight. Its usually a bad check valve.

Thks, I called the dealer and make my appointment. An unusual case for them based on the description. I hope they can find and fix what it is fast. I am very happy with the car overall!

Well the car was fixed for about 2 weeks now. Acura could not find what exactly was wrong, so they decided to replace the complete brake boster and assembly... Not was was hoping for. They did a decent job in the engine compartment and left evrything looks pretty good. I removed all the plastic covers to check on the job. Of course there is almost always something else.... They bleed the brakes at the end and some of the brabke fluid made it into the rotors... and yes there is rust in the 4 of them. I have an appointment this coming Tuesday to fix them.. my guess is they will sand and paint. Curiously the sevice department said that the rust issue is an identified issue in the 10 tl and that was the reason... I will report out my hopefully final uptdate on my issue this coming week...

My BMW started this after the first break job was done.
