2009 TL FWD strange sound on driver side

Hi,
Few days ago, I heard some kinds of strange sound while opening the hood. It is rough sound like nail scratching on wood or sound of your vibrating phone on wooden table. My timing belt was replaced at 130k kms ( now my car at 190k ), I am not sure that the water pump is replaced or not but I did many search and it doesn’t sound like a failed water pump does.
The previous owner claims that he already changed all belts, sparks before selling it.

and moreover, I just started to use Lucas UCL in my last two tanks, IDK if it causes this sound or not.

sorry for my english, it is my third language

Take it to the dealer and have them check it.

Thanks for your advice, actually I am on vacation right now and just want to make sure it safe to drive about 200km back to home, and don’t want the dealer rip me off because I know nothing about issue

Not sure about it. The sound was hard to be noticed few days ago but now I can heard it clearly while the hood is opened. Do I need to have my car valve adjusted? Can It survive for a back-home trip?

I update second footage. It’s easy to hear the noise. I can hear it louder on driver side. Does anyone have a clue about it?

check oil level make sure it is ok on the dipstick. Sounds a little noisy. You probably need another timing belt/waterpump service soon, every 105K miles. When you do that, do a valve adjustment and everything will be much quieter

Thanks, csmeance!!

the oil level is okay. Maybe the microphone on my poor phone makes sound noisier. My concern is a weird noise like something loosened or something is not well lubricated. It’s hard to realize that sound. I’m thinking about valve adjustment right now, maybe my valves need to be inspected, hope that nothing bad happens while driving to home
