WDP in the works
Hey everyone, I did my first post wayyy back and said was going to post pics but never figured out how. Well I finally discovered how and I thought I would like to share my WDP 2010 TL SH-Awd with black interior. I have partially debadged the trunk so far (left the A and TL but debating about taking the TL off now...) and put in led license plate bulbs. Just received the full lip kit this week and they're sitting in their boxes waiting to be installed. Lovin it so far .

Nanos IMHO the rear will look alot cleaner without the TL...Don't remove the A badge otherwise you'll be left with just holes in that area.
Once you put on that lip kit its gonna set it off.

Finally installed my lip kit! Had to wait til I had time/a rainless weekend. Took me a while to install as it was myfirst time for this type of mod...luckily it didn't get too cold at night. Here it is!

Yes, absolutely gorgeous! You've given me some interesting ideas for my own WDP/Ebony although I don't have AWD. It'd be great if you could post a DIY "how to" for installing the lip kit for us less mechanically-inclined?

I've only owned 1 white car (Integra), it is not my color. However, the 4G TL and its sharp lines really make the color work. Nice Whip.

I think it's because it's so different. With any change comes resistance, especially when it's a fairly significant change. At first, I hated it but I've come to realize 75% of cars out there look pretty much the same. I applaud Acura for taking a bold step and creating a design that is like no other.

What lip kit did you use? Is that RJ's or OEM?
I am considering trading in my '08 on a WHIP, SHAWD, adding the RJ grille and either the OEM kit or RJs.
Nice look on you baby.
It took me a while for the 4G style to grow on me but it has!

Updates!
I thought I would just update everyone on my car's slowwwwww progress. I've been in n out of this forum but I thought it would be nice to finally update since my first couple of posts. I'm still slowly rolling out the mods as time/money permits . Still on my wish list: 19" wheels and springs (the H&R provides the exact height that I would like...)
After I installed the lip i decided to tint my taillights. Shown below are a couple different versions i was toying with but finally settled on just exposing the reverse lights. (PM me if you wanted to see more of the different versions and I will be glad to send you some experimental pics)

Update pii
Went on my first road trip with the car...from CA to Grand Canyon then Zion then Vegas and back! Long drive but felt good the whole way.
Some pics at Grand Canyon/misc:
Some time since the release of the 2012, I really thought about trading in (I really liked the black headlights).
Of course it wasn't logical for me to take such a financial hit so I decided to blackout my headlights instead. It transformed the car in my opinion. It was a long day but it was worth it.

i like the mods on the lights you have done (especially the front blacking out!)...much cheaper than trading it in haha. have you thought about blacking out the silver around the fogs so it blends in (either plasti dip or vinyl) or paint the front license plate holder white?
either way it's looking good!
either way it's looking good!

I actually thought about blacking out the fog area but then laziness just kicked in and I actually like the silver more (for now) Front license plate...never thought about that but I don't mind the black rim either

Here's a quick update after the install. I was a little hesitant at first (I wanted an anthracite color wheel) but I started liking it more and more. I will still probably change the color later on but for now, this is what my setup looks like. Let me know what you guys think! I will try to take more pics tomorrow.

nanos looking real nice with your new RJ'S! Got a qiuck question for you, what 19" tires are you running, and are they all season like the stock michelen tires, or summer sport tires? Thanks.
