Holy crap, I just sh*t bricks. not just for the exhaust, but also because you're in SD! Would you mind if I got to see in the car in person some time, perhaps you could come to one of the meets. You + ATLP have made want a 4th gen, officially . Just when I thought I was gonna' leave Acura with my next car...

Mike from ATLP had mentioned taking sound clips the next time we meet up for final dyno. I am not sure when thats going to be. I don't own a video camera so the only way I can film a sound clip would be from my iPhone. Since this is a big release for ATLP, I want to make sure the audio and video is of the highest quality. If I posted an iPhone video it would not serve the proper purpose IMO. I know there have been numerous sound clip requests and I am sure they will eventually happen. Sorry I can't be of more assistance, but I am sure ATLP realizes the importance of the dyno and audio clips to move units.

I'm a big fan of the ATLP exhaust too, but I'd like the SH-AWD owners to get excited because there is another company on the verge of releasing a J-Pipe and Full Cat-Back exhaust system. It's Billy Boat Performance Exhaust (http://www.bbexhaust.com/) and the only reason I have knowledge of this is because my car was recently their test bed for a month back in May/June. I'll post up a new thread in performance modifications section when I get it installed.

Wrong thread, but I guess since we're on topic, are they planning on using clamps to hold the exhaust system together again?
Also, video shoot coming soon. We were backed up quiet a bit with our 3G orders, so we had to make sure that was taken care of first. Lastly, we a prototype vehicle ready for the SH-AWD as well, which is the next chassis for development as soon as this first batch of 4G Base Systems go out.

I have a 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD and I would love to buy the ATLP exhaust system when it comes out. Is there any kind of date on when it might be released?? Where are you located because I wouldn't mind using my car as the test dummy!!!! Let me know

Although not the dyno for the exhaust, finally was able to upload the dyno results from the pre/post dyno results.
This was with Takeda Intake for all runs. Only parts changed were ATLP J-Pipe & Race Pipe, while exhaust remained stock for these runs. Runs were done consecutively 4 pulls each. The stock runs remained pretty much within .5whp of a difference, while the J-Pipe/Race Pipe runs also were within about 1whp/1wtq in between pulls. Overall, I think the 3.5 benefits from the ATLP J-Pipe combo a bit more than the 3.2 engine as it has a bit more output.
A new dyno session will be held to document the cat-back exhaust gains, as this dyno is only good for this session.
Gains over stock appear very early in the powerband with no loss in both power, nor torque. The bigger 3.5 displacement has a lot to do with this. While the bulk of the torque increase appears around 3,250 rpm, all the way up to 6,000 rpm. Power increase is steady also starting from 3,000 rpm all the way to redline.

Envy, we are located in So.Cal, but we already have a SH-AWD TL for prototyping. If he does fall out, I will be in touch with you.
