The GT was made in 2005 and 2006. Only about 4100 (total) were produced. It is estimated that a very high number of them have been totaled due to operator error,and, of course, a few hundred of them were exported to Europe. To speed verification (in stock trim) was done by Ford at 212MPH.

Many of these cars have been modified to increase HP - something that I specialize in doing. Few owners prefer to take their cars to Ford for service or modifications which has opened the door for a niche business like mine here in Valencia.

In 1991, the Acura NSX was a car well ahead of its time with superior technology and construction techniques compared to anything before it (and for several years following). I had one and will likely own one again as I believe it is truly one of the best cars ever made.

Similarly, the Ford GT is a very special car. All aluminum space-frame construction, huge HP, almost unlimited upgrade potential etc, etc, etc.

Now, back to the TL!!!

The TL looks HUGE next to the GT. I know that the GT is low and wide (like most exotics), and it's facing the camera while the TL is in profile. Is this what's causing the TL to look like Godzilla next to the (mini-)GT?

The GT is an all-out dedicated sports car. The 4G is a family-size sedan. Why would anyone assume the GT to be anywhere near the size of the TL? I'm actually surprised the GT isn't even smaller than that seen in the photo.
