Beautiful! enjoy your Christmas present. The sun looks nice too, we haven't seen it here in northern Ohio for what seems like weeks.

Nice, the grill actually looks pretty good with that color.

On the rear, I would shave the "Acura" and "TL" emblems. Just have the big A and the SH-AWD. That would look clean.

Looks DOPE!!

Definitely get rid of the dealership papers in the license plate frames though, what with it saying FRIENDSHIP and all, makes me think of balloons and holding hands rather than blowing the doors off other cars with new sick ride =)

Is it just me or do these 4Gs need huge wheels to make the car complete? Even the 18s look small on these cars. Nice ride nonetheless.

You are absolutely correct, 18" should be the very minimum. 19's and 20's is will just make the car look meaner and tougher. I'm still waiting on the right set for me. Nota4re, are you in Valencia?

that silver is probably the best color to disguise that hideous grille...im not taking shots at any 4th gen owner, but the car has yet to grow on me...congrats on the new ride tho, good luck with it guy

Have you seen any in person? I felt the same way until I was looking right at it, and I fell in love. I thought the car was gross, and never considered it as I was shopping the various brands. While I was at the BMW Dealership (and getting very disappointed in their line), the Acura dealership was right next door with a whole slew of TLs lined up at the front gate. I went over and this car just blew my mind. But if you did see it and still hate it, it's just a matter of preference I guess =)

Man Nota4re that's a serious trek each day! Dang. A buddy of mine lives in the Bridgeport community and he works around the corner from me, and my best friend & goddaughter live by Decoro and Seco Canyon community. I love it out there, but there's no night live after 9pm, except of for punks that are up to no good. Oh snap, Trillium towers, I eat at Cheesecake factory all the time, nice, I can't get enough of that menu.

BackinBlackTL would feel different if he actually owned the car and made a few mods like we have.

Yeah, I agree 100%. You've got to see it in person to appreciate the aesthetic of the whole car. Two dimensional pictures just don't do justice to its lines and curves.

A lot may depend on what part of the Country you're in and what the current supply of SH-AWD's is. In SoCal there are a LOT of Acura dealers in close proximity to each other and I'd say $1500 - $2000 discount (or more) from MSRP can be achieved on a SH-AWD. Invoice is achieveable for a FWD w/Tech.

Of course cash and "A plus" credit is key to a good deal.

I can't believe you got the local dealership to deal....good job.
I've had to go out of area on 2 out of the last 3 cars I have purchased because for some reason they didn't think they have to deal out here.

What time do you make that drive to Woodland Hills? I go that way too...maybe some day we will see each other out on the slab.
Hope you rotate vehicles so you don't pack on too many miles.

Those photos you took of your car are some of the best angles I have seen....most people take them from the straight on front which exaggerates the nose.
Love that color...my 07 is the silver metalic, but I like your color better.

Although I am admittedly jealous, the TL will principally be the DD of my SO.

Hope you rotate vehicles so you don't pack on too many miles.
The TL will be a driver.... there's a couple of other cars that are the low mileage queens.

Scv,

Very nice garage queen you have there -- I tried to convince a friend of mine to get one as well but he had this built for him instead:

Source: http://www.crcoachworks.com/watch-2.phtml?vk=70

I'm sure it lost $75K of value after he drove it 5 feet but these are emotional decisions, not financial ones so, as long as he enjoys it, that's all that matters in the end.

Enjoy your Ford!

Whoa, that's got some get up and go with 550 horses. Which is the top speed, 205 or 212 mph?
