JnC Does it again!!!

So after my headlight mod in Feb I had a little "problem, that is yet to be explained. I consulted JnC and theorized one of two problems. I don't have the picture to show this , but I think a chemical reaction occured inside my headlights after the sun heated them up the next couple of days after resealing them. I painted the backs of the side markers with duplicolor paint that matched " 2012 Black Honda" paint, Cleared them with several coats, reassembled the headlights and epoxied them securely. Similar to what forensic scientists do (like on CSI) when super glue is heated inside an airtight chamber, it solidifies and adheres to fingerprints. I THINK something similar happened inside do to the chemicals from the paint and the epoxy sealant that I used. Basically turning the passenger headlight into a sandy looking piece of shit and the driver headlight with a 1x5 inch or so streak of what was 800 grit sandpaper.

JnC suggested that I send him the headlights. I told him to do whatever he could to salvage this project. I wasnt surprised when he said he could fix it without needing any extra parts..... Until he mentioned the NEW Halo's that he has a "line" on for thie new TL's.needless to say.... BAD*******ASS!!! The only thing left to say is here.. Look:

The sidemarker is tinted however at night, the light reflects a dark yellow llok adding a sleek design flow to the painted accents. Truely a bad ass result PROPS to JnC for an amazing outcome!!!

NUFF SAID!!!!

By the way.... To JnC, sorry for the delay in posting the pix, I needed the propper camera to show off your art...

I hate halos a year ago they began to fail because of bad manufacture quality (NOT JnC's fault), so I had them removed. I'm glad I did though because I often see taxi cab camrys with halos :\

The halos looks too bright for me. I'd get a dialer to reduce the brightness. Did JNC polish the headlight cover. Overall it looks nice but halo is not for me. I may send mine to JNC to remove the high beam and side reflector.

That is HAWT! Makes the front end of your car look a lot like Johnny 5 from Short Circuit (dating myself there, sorry). I want it! How much for the mod?

Can someone tell what is the difference between the regular TL lens and the TSX-R lens and what's the advantage to swap lenses. Also if the amber diffuser gets tinted I'd love to see a video with turn signal on. How much this mod cost minus the halo? you can pm the info if you're not allow.

Here is how OEM TL lens looks like, its fogy/frosted to avoid a sharp cut off, it does that but also robs you of around 10% light output.

compare that to a clear TSX-R lens

Pros: Increased output, sharper cut off.

The diffuser can be lightly tinted or aggressively. In this case the coating was aggressive a Brian wanted the amber to be not visible during day time. Also, output from his parking light reflector would be less than OEM as his reflectors were painted black already and OEM reflector is more reflective due to chrome coating.

I'll PM you the pricing.

The warranty for anything headlight related will be voided but probably not for the whole car.

BMW's are the only cars you should put angel eyes on......period.

The aftermarket angel eyes are poor quality and run the risk of catching fire....stay away
