To get on TL, TL was transported from San Francisco by ship for me.
The shipping expense hung for 5435 dollars.
Sales of the ACURA brand seem not to be scheduled in Japan.

now, is there a part number or name for that circuit board? If not, you've mentioned that the converter kit cost $23.77 . Is there a link to where you've purchased it?

I can easily order a converter kit from a shop in Japan because I'm living there.
But unfortunately, the shop where I purchased the item seems not to be able to do shipment to U.S.A.
I think that it's necessary to buy it through a agent trader when you purchase an article from the shop in Japan.
And as far as I know, it's only this shop where you can buy the kit which can convert RCA into RGB + SYNC.

I don't know whether it will do same thing with Video to RGB Converter WP or not.

（It cannot use the thing divided into H-sync and V-sync）
・C-sync is 15kHz
