I can easily order a converter kit from a shop in Japan because I'm living there.
But unfortunately, the shop where I purchased the item seems not to be able to do shipment to U.S.A.
I think that it's necessary to buy it through a agent trader when you purchase an article from the shop in Japan.

And as far as I know, it's only this shop where you can buy the kit which can convert RCA into RGB + SYNC.

I don't know whether it will do same thing with Video to RGB Converter WP or not.
