'09 FWD TL lowered

I lowered my car this past weekend. im running tein ss coils. what do you guys think?

yea im planning on running stock until i need new tires. and im getting an alignment this week.

Nice look DJ. I just lowered my Type S too-it makes a hell of a difference.

lookin really good there! its wonderful how much a drop changes the overall look of a car. no rubbing issues with that height?

What’s so cool about being a floor sucker? The car loses its aggressive stance and becomes a cool step ladder. I guess because I live in NY and we have a lot of pot holes and snow up the ass in the winter i dont see it.

Skytech, I can see where you'd feel like that. I actually felt the same way too. But after lowering my car, the stance actually gets better, I think. Just getting rid of that gap between the tires and the wheel well kind of finishes the look for me. I just didn't want to pay $900-$1,300 for a 1-1.5 inch drop.

I don't see the new stance as being a floor sucker-I think it actually helps the aggressive look of the car.

i havent hadd any rubbing issues with this height. i even drove around with three adults and two kids and no rubbing. it does scrape though

i think the car looks more aggressive when lowered. I live in california and the weather here is nice and roads arent too bad either so i didnt mind lowering it, but since you live in NY i can understand why you wouldnt want to lower yours. you know what they say " to each his own"
