Well no one has posted pics of the round tips on the car. However, we had a system built and sent to us. So here are the pics of the tips. Not sure how they look on the car yet since I don't have one here to install it on.

Those tips look a million times better than the oval ones I've seen on other XLR8 exhausts. The double wall tips look sick.

i hope it doesn't come looking like that because those welds on the resonator look horrible.

Double walled round tips look great,as well as the logo.I wished that there was a space possibly 1/2 " between the two tips and i agree with Potmilkz, the welding around the muffler looks unprofessional.Just my observation and opinion of course.

That's the muffler. Each of the mufflers is built to order. They are literally a custom design and each muffler is built to spec. So yes those are hand welds but they are durable. And the ones on the top you're not going to see anyways. That being said the majority of the welds are generally top notch.

Take a look at the welds on the j-pipes that just arrived.

i dont doubt they are durable.. but just my personal opinion.. ive seen your other exhaust.. they are welded good.. maybe it is just a bad one.. not sure but the tips look like they are welded up really good, but the muffer.. not so much.

Although those welds don't look awesome I'm willing to bet they will hold up better than most of the shitty brands out there that are produced in factories. I'd rather have a solid handmade weld that has been filed down than one that looks pretty but won't hold up.

That must be a defective muffler. I have this same set up. I can assure that mine didn't look like this. I would've sent it right back. But that's how it looks. Nice tips nice finish deep sound. Worth 1100 .

No I think he means 3" midpipe to 2.5" dual pipes to 3.5" tips, so the tips would be dual 3.5" not dual 3".

Don't know if it's the quality or photo position of the picture but that looks terrible.

^^ is your camera's white balance off so bad that your red tail LED's are appearing amber, or did you modify them in some way?

As for the exhaust i think the jury is still out on this one. Need better photos, particularly from directly behind the car, eye level with the rear trim - as if you are behind the car on the road etc.

Can you also take pics some distance away from the car, and not right behind the rear of the car ?

There's a few things odd to me about it although I repeat it might just be a bad picture. The tips don't seem to fill out the space well, maybe the body kit could help fill it out? The tips also seem to curve up like this "----/" which might just be the angle of the picture.

still nothing huh? Could you just take a couple of quick pics (not super close but just some decent angles of the exhaust and car). If you have trouble posting the pics, let me know and I can PM you my email and I can post them for you. I really want to get a good visual of these exhaust to determine whether I want to get them or not.

I personally love the XLR8 exhaust. I also got the JPipe as well. Although the I am wondering why I can't hear it as good when I installed my cool air intake. I feel like all I hear is the engine instead of the exhaust. Definitely a different sound after the intake. I could be tripping though
