No, but there is a detailed and informative post in the 3G section by Inaccurate.
you could apply the same methods to the 4G, as its still using a Jseries.

So what's gassing a 3G got to do with a 4G? Might as well look up nitrous for a 2G TL, for that matter-- it still ain't no 4G.
