Please do school me on exhaust on 4G TL
The masters of Acurazine, I ask your opinions!
So a while ago i deleted the muffler (the last resonator that is connected to exhaust tips) and replaced it with 2.5 inch dynomax bullets but it's pretty quiet and i just don't like the tone much it's just very bass-y with no throaty tone at all.
Just wondering, for good volume but for god's sake, daily driver able volume, should I delete muffler in front of the one that I just deleted (is that the mid muffler?) Or another one in front of that one? Or both? Cause i swear I saw 3 resonator parts including the muffler.
Sorry I am a cheap ass I can't afford ATLP or XLR8 yet so please save your comments about me being a cheap ass, surprisingly I know I am one lol

If you're just looking for a slight tone change you could start with our XLR8 Jpipe. They are a great bang for your buck as far as the dollars for horsepower ratio! (usually 20-25hp and 25-29tq) This would offer you a slight tone change, along with a power increase while being directly compatible with your stock exhaust.
This way you get some power to go along with the sound, and you could always work from there as far as cutting out the resonators and cats goes!
If that's something you'd be interested in you can take a look here: JPIPE-V2-UA8FWD - XLR8 J-Pipe - Excelerate's Honda & Acura Store - Japanese Performance Specialist
If you have questions feel free to PM me. Hope this helps & good luck!

the third one under the car will not change tone or add many HPs, but you could straight pipe it without any check engine lights, as there is no sensor on the third cat.
the 2 primary cats near the engine has sensors and will throw codes if you mess with those

the TL has 3 cats! 2 primary and a third.
