EGR pipe delete kit
Anyone installed this on their car yet? I'm just wondering how difficult it is to remove the EGR pipe without having to remove the radiator or anything.

The EGR pipe isn't that difficult to remove in my experience. Just getting under the front of the car to detach it from the cat, then removing it from the EGR which is easy.
I know the discussion has gone on forever, but I decided after many hours of reading and research that I'm keeping my EGR. I don't have the patience to explain why. Essentially is has to do with ping and mileage. I'm convinced it's not just for emissions, but has a legitimate benefit to the engine. But I'd say do your own research and come to your own conclusions.

won't you get a CEL unless you have K-Tuner to turn off that specific CEL?

^ Yes. Pretty much immediately after unplugging the EGR. If you keep the EGR plugged in and only block it somehow, it will usually kick on after about 50 miles when it's detected insufficient flow for too long. When I had mine removed I considered allowing fresh air in through the EGR which would theoretically prevent the code from kicking in. But that would likely mess up the air/fuel ratio since the air coming from the EGR is exhaust - not much O2. Letting fresh air in probably wouldn't be a good thing. Unless the O2 sensor somehow compensated. Not sure. That's been my experience anyway.
