I have a 2014 TL SH-AWD Auto and been running K-Tuner V2 for the past 6 months but still have not had any luck figuring out how to change the shift points of the transmission. From factory the transmission automatically shifts from 1st to 2nd at 6300 rpm even in sport manual mode. After that you can rev higher to 6700 rpm and can even bounce off the rev limiter but Honda does not allow it in 1st gear. Once you reach 4th gear the Transmission automatically shifts to 5th at around 6000 rpm and then soon after to 6th gear. Even with K-tuner i have changed the Redline to 7100 rpm and first gear still auto upshifts at 6300 rpm like always but 2nd and 3rd can be revved out fully to 7100 rpm then in 4th it auto up shifts to 5th then 6th. Just curious if anyone has found away around the early shifting of 1st to 2nd, or even from the short shifting of 4th, 5th, and 6th. I appreciate any info you guys have on the matter. Thanks

 

Nope. I've explored the KTuner interface pretty thoroughly and have never found anything to change shift points. I wonder if KTuner isn't able to change any ECU settings related to the transmission. Only to the engine.

Maybe ask the tuner himself.

 

There is a "quick shift" tuning feature for the AT Honda's, specifically accords. I don't know if that feature has been unlocked for other Honda/Acura models.
