I dont think one is better than the other.
its preference, as far as looks goes.
do you want slotted?
drilled?
or slotted and drilled?
you can head to heeltoeauto.com or store.excelerateperformance.com to take a look at some of the offerings for the 4G TL.
tires play an important role in stopping.

I'd highly recommend our brake package.
http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-466576.aspx
The packages include Powerslot/STOPTECH performance rotors and STOPTECH Performance pads. All of the rotors have a black e-coating on the hubs and vanes and an advanced alloy composition. The Powerslot slotted rotors for the front of most Acuras also have a Power Alloy composition and a curved vane construction, which helps reduce heat in the brake system. The STOPTECH Performance pads are a para-aramid compound, which has great initial bite and long-term performance and lower dust and noise than most aftermarket brake pads.

i read some where that drilled rotors are bad under pressure, it can crack on you where slotted is much better.
just something for you to look into.

The Racingbrake rotors we offer are really very awesome. They are made of a custom alloy that is heat treated to increase hardness meaning they most likely will be the last rotors you ever buy. They also have castings that reinforce the hubs meaning they are guaranteed not to warp. We've never had one case of warped RB rotors in the 6+ years of offering them here.
This is only if you are getting cheap rotors. Holes in better quality rotors are not much of an issue. The truth is, the material is what cracks. The hole just provides a good starting point for a crack.
They do look awesome for sure. Just make sure you are getting a good pad to go with them to actually derive some stopping benefit from them.

I honestly wouldn't buy drilled and slotted rotors unless you are going for looks, or you are racing, or you have a lot of money to buy another set sooner down the road. OEM style will last longer. I just bought Wearever rotors and Wagner pads and they work fine.

If just for the looks, make sure both the front and the rear are upgraded with identical drilled and/or slotted rotors.
It sure looks odd with drilled and/or slotted rotors at the front, but just blank rotors at the rear of the car.
