Nexus One

Does anyone know if the Nexus One will work with a 2010 TL w/ Nav?

Work in which way? It will let you use it as a speakerphone, but AcuraLink probably won't work because DUN wasn't part of Android.

I want to make sure the Nexus One will pair, stay paired, be able to call, and receive calls with the HFL.

Its worked for me for the most part, but I've had some connectivity issues from time to time. I read somewhere that there is a software update to HFL, so I am going to call the dealer and see if I can get it.

Any update yet? Are you talking about a software/firmware upgrade to HFL via an Acura dealership? I'm about to order a Nexus and hoping it works well... (including bluetooth audio, which my mytouch 3g does not do).

yes. I have an appointment with the dealer early next week to get the update applied. The update addresses an issue where the car shows the phone as connected, but won't allow outgoing calls.

I have a 2010 TL w Technology and the Phone Pairs but will loose connectivity from time to time or it will connect A2DP but not the telephone portion.

I am not sure what the issue is, but hopefully with Android 2.2 it will fix the issue.

I have a Droid, running Android 2.1, which is the same software that the Nexus One has.. it doesn't have any issues staying paired with a 2009 non-tech in Bluetooth. I've never tried any advanced navigation commands or trying to sync it with Google Maps nav... but everything that you'd expect seems to work.

The best part of it is running Last FM & Pandora w/ the bluetooth audio... plays my Last FM radio right over my car stereo without any cables, which is awesome. I have not been able to control the "next, previous" functions ... but rumor has it that Pandora works with that functionality (I'm a Last.fm guy though)...

Got the software update done today. My software version now shows 1.85, but I forgot to check what it was before. Hopefully this resolves the issues.

So far, so good, but I'm still having a problem with playing bluetooth audio from my wife's iphone when we are both in the car. It shows it as connected, but her bluetooth audio plays through the phone. I need to turn off my bluetooth for hers to play through the car speakers.
