Navi can't locate Satellites

Navi can't locate Satellites
Hey guys. I have a 2010 tl with navi.
It started to have me in PA when I live in DC area. I disco'd the negative battery and when I put it back on after 7 mins, it only asked for a radio code which I put in. My 2006 MDX asks for both. Does it have a navi code?
That didn't fix the issue so I went thru the diagnostics and cleared it. Now it says start the car and wait less than 10 mins to get the satellites. It never does. Did it 3 times and tested the navi ecu and antennae. Both pass.
Spoke to dealer and he says it might software. Would a new updated disc solve this and where is the disc on this car and how do I get it out?
