Nav screen LAG/DELAY
Just got my '14 TL SH with Adv.
I noticed that the Nav screen have delay when changing screen, lets say to audio screen and vice versa?
Anybody got this issue? Are there any TSB for this or this is just a software update?
Thanks.

The only time I have a delay is when scrolling though my iPod. I always attributed it to having over 70gb of data.
I was actually going to post another thread on a similar topic but it was regarding slowness and delays in the "real time" traffic.

I have the same issue! I'm in Canada so don't have real time traffic but I find the interface pretty laggy especially compared to my 2012 TSX.
My 160gb iPod is REALLY slow! I just upgraded from 80gb, which was quite fast. I'm wondering if my iPod needs to have it's HDD defragged -- I will be trying that tonight.
But the slow iPod doesn't account for the slowness in other screens. I find it quite odd that the voice commands are so slow. It's almost as if it waits an extra 2 seconds before attempting to process what I've said. And sometimes it just ignored me completely.
I hope there's a software update or something.

In general, I don't find my NAV screen to be laggy.
However, one repeatable, specific setup does cause the NAV to almost completely freeze up. When I connected my previous iPhone 4S through the car's USB input, play Spotify with a Playlist with many (hundreds) songs, and put the Audio source to "iPOD," the NAV because extremely laggy, to the point of the map updating once every 5 to 10 seconds (unusable). The XM NavTraffic function also completely disappears off the map.
The NAV instantly snaps back to normal after I disconnect the iPhone, or if I quit Spotify Playback from a large playlist. This does not happen with a smaller (less than 100 songs) Spotify playlist.
Other than this, my NAV has been trouble-free.
