Inferior bluetooth function
I was set up in a new loaner 2013 Corolla the other day, there is nothing to talk about the car, but the bluetooth system works so much better than my TL...
1. Call pick right up and routed to the stereo system instantly even dial from your cell phone.
2. Skype call can route through the system speaker/mic
3. iPhone/Siri work flawlessly through the system speaker/mic
Even mine is a 2011, I don't think the 2013 model has all above improvement. And btw, the touch screen works nicely too on Corolla.

Yea our Tech Package isn't very Techy at least by 2k standards... My biggest complaint with factory audio systems and their crippled/lack there of features they should have.
Dont forget it took Acura till 2008 to stop installing a Cassette Deck (so their not the industry leaders by any means) in the TLs.

I finally figure this out guys. For '13 TL with Nav/Tech:
In phone setup (under Cellular phone menu after pressing the phone button), there is an auto transfer setting (phone to auto transfer to HFL or "Hands Free Link"). Turn this on. Any BT/Siri prompt from the phone will auto play through the speakers. Hope this helps. Also as an added bonus, when you dial from your phone - it actually "automatically transfers". Who would have thought it was this easy?
