Contacts transfer

Is there a way to transfer contacts from an iPhone 4 to a non tech 2012 TL? It says transfer contacts is an option in the HFL menu

this is an older thread but I'm wondering the same thing. I tried to do it today but can't figure out how to transfer the contacts via bluetooth
