AfterMarket Radio Kit

I recently installed a alpine double din in my 2013 Acura TL I am satisfied with it but I wanted to know how people were installing there's with the media buttons underneath the radio still intact. The kit I have completely deletes the buttons and make it look really plain. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

cut/score with a hot exacto knife slowly and then up to a dremel to cut. The center portion won't look right as the knob is recessed. Best of luck!

I'd honestly take the factory one, cut that portion off and JB Weld it to the new faceplate. Paint it OEM black and you are good to go.
