Adding Subs and Speakers to my New 09 TL !!!
I'd say about a month and a half ago I traded in my 09 Lexus ES 350 for an 09 TL with 83k on it. Let me tell you, I love my new car. The TL is so fun to drive.
Only issue was my sub box was too big to fit in the trunk. Something had to be done. I took the car to a car audio shop and said have at it. $2000 dollars later this is what they did.
The spare tire was taken out and a fiberglass and wood box was made.
The top plate was made for my two 12" subs and two ports and the amp rack was put in.
Finally all the trim was made and the subs were mounted.
A blue LED strip was put in for a cool night time effect.
Next I put in some JL Audio TR650-CXi 6 3/4 speakers in the front doors and rear deck.
Not sure what I'm doing next but this is a good start.

Million dollar question is, how does it sound? And you didn't put a divider in your box to isolate the subs? And maybe it's just an illusion, but it looks like your ports go all the way through to the bottom of the box?
