Hi, All -

When my first oil change came due on my 09 TL SH-AWD, I used AcuraLink through my Navi to make my appointment (which was very cool).

I have a B16 service due now (how much should that cost me, anyway?) and I have been trying for two days without success to connect to AcuraLink. It just hangs about halfway through the connecting dialogue. Nothing has changed with my phone or service; it worked on the first attempt last time.

Anyone else having this issue?

my dealer told my wife that they don't have that capability, and we have to call in for an appointment.

Are you making the appointment with the same dealer? If no, not all Acura dealers have the appointment system. I'm not sure if it is listed in the dealer lists on acura.com as to who does and does not have the system.

I would say that maybe their server is down but if you have been trying for two days and it was the same dealer who you successfully contacted before then I dunno. Obviously if you got it to work then there is nothing wrong with your phone.
