was just looking around my 2009 TL today and noticed on the passenger side at the front of the skirt I am missing a black plastic piece (see pic) compared to the driver side front that clearly has the piece (see pic)

any idea exaclty what that part is (part # or link to it) so I can order it if Acura won't cover it under warranty?

No clue if it was always missing, or fell off.

Get the factory mud flap, that will cover everything up.

Dont really want those - trying to see if i can get the part,
It holds the side skirt tight in place

If you go to any Acurazine sponsored Acura OEM parts website, and look up for that missing plastic piece; you'll notice that it comes only with the entire side sill.

Look up "GARNISH ASSY., R. SIDE SILL" or "GARNISH ASSY., L. SIDE SILL", depending on which side is missing from your car, and view the detail diagram.

I just changed my side skirts yesterday with the ones from the under body spoiler kit and I think I just might have that part for you. PM me if you're interested.

I have no idea why the parts list doesn't give a part number; it's the same all the way through 2012 and various trims - part shows, part number doesn't.
