Weird discoloration in paint

so i recently bought an 09 cpo cbp tl sh-awd. I love the car but in certain light there is a discoloration on the back bumber smooth to the touch but def looks like something is wrong with the paint. should i bring this back to Acura?

take it back. if its enough for your to notice...take it back. do not accept the explaination that the bumper is plastic and the rest of the car is metal and paint will give off a different shade crap.

the bumper may have been touched up by the dealer lot guy (quick fix).

get them to fix it.
