Thanks Bearcat but has anyone done business with USR lately? I emailed them twice and called once but no return email or call. Not sure I want to order anything from them if they are out of business... Anyone have any other options outside of Bearcat and USR? Bearcat looks like I am going to check them out, the dead pedal is one thing but I am curious to know the fitmet of the brake and accelarator ???

There may be a new (factory) pedal option. The new special edition TSX has an aluminum dead pedal, brake, and gas pedal assembly.

I'd be very surprised if these aren't compatible with the TL (although they may just be out of the 07-08 parts bin as well) - but has anyone tried those in the 09 ?

Any idea of where I can look at the TSX pedals?

I called the stealership today and they do have exploded diagrams. The dead pedal and brake were like $75 a pop or something, but the gas pedal is an assembly and like $275.....YEEK. Figure stealership markup is like 200% most of the time on parts, maybe bernardi will have them up at 25% markup soon?

Add in that these are for the TSX> They may or may not be direct replacements for the TL.

I guess I will take my chances with Ebay and the ones shipping from china for $50 bones! Worst case they suck and I am out 50 bucks...but not going to pay $300 or so for that...what a rip!

Really like the look and feel of these new pedals...the TL SHAWD should just come with this...how does a 40K sports seday not have these included? Shoot my sister in law has a 27K kia and it has them already installed!

My S2000 and 07 Type S have them - while they look cool new, they really don't wear very well (scuff, rubber wears out, scratches, etc.

Sounds like you're happy and got a deal though - good shopping. Some clown on here was trying to sell those for like $200 a set or something.

For the quality and for the price, I just ordered another set just in case they get jacked up in the next couple of years. I don't see it though..the quality of these look amazing, I am sure the rubber will get worn but I live in Texas don't have to worry much about crazy winters with all the salt and corrosion and stuff. I bought another two sets of floor mats cause the quality of those are just ridicoulous!!!
