Towing with TL
Anybody put on a trailer hitch on their TL, whether it be the base model or the SH-AWD?
Yes I know the owner's manual says don't tow with a TL, but has anyone done so anyway?
Thinking of getting a boat next year or two and would need to tow it. Either that or get a big enough boat for a marina.

Don't do it Bro. Cars are not designed for towing. I'm pretty sure the ass end of the TL is lower than the front and with the weight of the boat it will be even lower and you'll prolly break something.

^I agree, don't tow with the TL. It's not designed to tow, and you may cause structural body damage.
If you need to tow, get a SUV. I too have been contemplating getting a boat sometime in the future. If I do, I would probably get a MDX or Pilot.

The TL can tow, it is designed to tow small items (reason why it says it in the manual). But I wouldn't tow a boat period with it. Tow a jetski but nothing bigger.

That is sound advice. I've got a diesel and love to tow boats, enclosed trailers, school buses, 18 wheeler's, 747's, etc!
