The Car is white and I want to black out the tail lights and red reflectors.

next Hyper White Tag Bulbs... What size bulb am I replacing?

Wheels, I want to replace the stock wheels with chrome...
They are the factory 17" so I want that size to keep the tires.
Are there any vendors that have good prices on wheels

yes, it has been done before.. but you can use search button to find it
dont know what you are refering to tag bulbs.. so no comment..

no vendors will sell you 17 inch wheels in chrome.. you can get that on craiglist.. frankly i dont see it to be smart to replace your wheel with the same size wheel.. either go 19 or go home

your missing a lot of things.. mostly how to use the search button..

there are many many many threads on how to do these things, you just got to learn how to find it..

Im pretty sure I can remove the tail lights to VHT them, What about the red reflectors?

Wife doesn't want big wheels and I don't want to buy new tires and wheels right now.

Tag Bulb is the bulb that illuminates the tag

you can use VHT but it will turn out like shit without the proper prep.

VHT is not even good. read some DIY's learn some things.

i painted my tails red, cleared it, and wetsand and polish. if you know how to do these and have the tools, then your good, but otherwise pay a professional to do it.

umm honestly have no comment on the wife.. beside grow some balls...

tag bulbs, use search button to find, you will find it if you put some time into using the search function

I've you're looking for your headlights done - Contact JnC - he's a member here - you can find his thread in the 4G section. He does both headlights and tails. He will crack your tails open and paint them - or the other option is to find a place that will tint them (if that's your thing).

As for tag bulbs (took me a few minutes to figure out you were talking about Licence Plate bulbs) There have been a few people that have done this already. Potz is right - a quick search can find what you need here - lots of info already around.

And I agree - doesn't seem worth it to pay 800-1000 for new wheels that are the same size. But if you are looking for wheels, you will be looking for 5x120 bolt pattern, and depending on your width, anywhere from +45 to +35 offset. Head over to the tires, wheels section where there are a bunch of threads with some examples for you (probably not many 17's)
