Time for New Drivebelt?

If I'm reading it correctly, looks like it's time for a new drive belt?

The marking on the tensioner with respect to the markings on the engine block.

The diagram in the service manual doesn't exactly match with what I am seeing, which is why I am uncertain.

Looks to me that I'm at the limit. Belts are cheap so I'll just go ahead and replace it.

Service manual makes it seem like you are still within range, within the blue lines, although the blue line on the right does not exist on the actual tensioner?

But, it's $12-$15 and 5 min of your time to change. picked mine up from amazon, gates belt

It's hard to tell. The aluminum is a little corroded. Maybe spraying some water on it will make the markings more clear. I already purchased a new belt, so it's going on. We'll see where I end up with the new one.
