I told them when I made the appointment that I could hear the fan running, just didn't really "feel" anything. This coming after I drove a '12 Yukon Denali with cooled seats and had to turn it down because it got so cold so fast. Dealer's response was essentially "the fan either runs or it doesn't, that's about it." So, I can't say that the ventilated seats are all that they've cracked up to be, at least in my particular car.
