So, it has been a pleasant surprise......I went into the dealership with a battery service (awesome by the way, as I never thought battery would be under warranty) and Acura replaced with OEM battery. I mentioned about suspension popping noise going over uneven roads (ie, thick ground strips).....

The surprise is lower ball joints (51220-TA0-306) replacement under warranty! Apparently there is a service bulletin that addresses this issue. I guess Acura is not calling it as a defect, but certain the service techs there know about it. However, it requires the owner to mention it.
