Thinking about buying the side under body spoiler

I'm a new member for this forum :-) Does any know what is the difference between side under body spoiler and stock on 2010 TL? to be honest, it looks little bit the same. Is it worth buying it?

factory curves/rounds in under the car and the kit sides flares outwards.
