that is wierd.. Are u a previous customer with ramsey acura.. If the customer has a car in service and we have a copy of the insurance and everything then that is a exception.. Was that your first car from them or are u a prev cust?? When I started in the buesness 6-7 years back we used to give people the keys if we where busy or they where on the fence but then about 3-4 years ago we had a big meetingt that no one could drive a test drive car w/o us in it.. NO EXCEPTIONS.. I asked why and they said insurance BS>.??
