Some more pics of the 2012 TL (multiple colors)
Stopped by the Acura dealer today with my dad and saw that they had SIX 2012 TLs sitting in their back lot.
Basque Red looks really nice on the 2012 for some reason. Mayan Bronze to the right.
Drooled over this TL SH-AWD w/ the Advance Package and Umber interior. It looks like the windows come tinted from the factory? They weren't dark (maybe 50% if that) but there certainly was some tint on them. I can't imagine the dealer putting it on a car that came off the truck a day prior.
That's all. I was surprised the dealer had them in, let alone 6 of different variants. The car is much much improved when compared to some of the 11's sitting on the same lot. Even my dad who completely hated the 4G TL admitted he really liked what they did to it. He also loved the blacked out headlights. Our only gripe was that they ditched the quad exhaust on the SH-AWD model. Overall, awesome though. I bet they're going to sell quite a few of these.

I have to admit that the 2012 look nice, but I think they took some of the boldness out of the front end. I like that part! My wife drove my 11TL the other day and she pulled up behind me at a traffic light. I think it looks snazzy in the rear view mirror, my wife too

The ones saying they like the 09-11s better are all owners. Coincidence? 
I too would agree that the front end lost a bit of the mean look, and I like the lower grilles better on the 09-11s, but the rhinoplasty was a necessary change. They got way too much grief about it.

At first I still liked the 09-11 version better, but I gotta say I actually really like the 2012's now. Would like to see more pics of the new SHAWD rims tho. I love the 09 ones I feel like they should have kept them

Although I agree that opinions are just that, but for me, its the opposite. I never liked the quad tips. I think a dual pipe on each side would have been really hot --- but the quad tip for me was just, I don't know, odd in its presentation. I will say that you are not the only one who misses these because I have seen so many comments about the fact they missed the quad tip, I must be the exception
You already like this change!

I had to go to my dealership today and they had a few '12 TL's so I snapped a few pictures. My overall impression would be I like it equally as much as the 4g. But, that red one and cbp advance looks very NICE. There big pictures btw

As much as I love my '09, the '12 is growing on me slowly but surely. Still dont like the front, but the 6AT and the cooled seats I likee! The funny part is that I blacked out the front and rear trim and getting ready to do lights-The same things they pretty much took care of on the 12's....

Great pics! That '12 BWP w the flag is the first where I think the new nose looks too small for the body of this car. It might just be the angle of the pic but the entire front looks scrunched in. And this is coming from someone who does not like the '09-'11 version of the beak, I mean grille.
