Here is my random thought. In 2010 I looked at the TL for myself. There were three things I did not like. No ventilated seats, didn't like the front beak, felt that there was a "dead" spot at acceleration from certain speeds that I thought more gears in the automatic would fix.
Early last year we were ready to buy a new car for my wife. Acura had addressed all of the above so that is what we got.
If you are happy with the 09 then I'm the first to say that you should stick with it and enjoy it.
