Got a TL Tech 2012 3 Years 15K miles a year for 269.00 a month. I gave them my car they handed me a check back and now i am driving it.
I do feel that i should have gotten the SH-AWD but thats next time. I will be posting pics latter on.
Its the grey one with ebony interior.

Yeah it was. I took a lot of pictures while at the dealer. I miss her. She was good to me.
Anyways, before I decided to get into the 2012 i test drove the 2011 and it wasn't all that. Mind you it was the front wheel drive one not the SH-AWD. My new TL is very grippy even though its front wheel drive.

Just had a '12 TL Tech as a loaner for a couple days while the MDX was being serviced. It's a REALLY nice car. Congratulations on the new purchase!

oh your asking for trunk tray..
well they sell trunk tray that fits SHAWD because that AWD system, the rear differential is bigger, thus there is a bump in the back of the trunk. You will have to buy a SHAWD one and cut to make it fit.

When i test drove the 2011 just tech not the AWD one. It felt a little weak, like it had to rev up just to get into the other lane. I come from having a TL-S 2007 and it had no problem going anywhere. Smooth pull to any lane or any place.
With the 2012, it pulls hard. Very quick to get me those ponies. I was going 60 and i never felt it. I can only feel the speed when going 80.

Congrats on your ride....that is a nice car and nice color!! I love my 2012 TL to death..I came from the TSX and as much as I loved my TSX, this car is sooooooo much better. This car may be in my company for a long while despite my typical urge to trade every three years...time will tell

Where in Jersey did you go? Because me and my wife leased a Pilot from Paragon and we feel we got robbed. When I get my car (presumably an Acura) I don't wanna give my bread to them.

Paragon is a shark tank. They had a 2010 TL SHAWD, Silver with Black interior and 2K miles on it. They wanted 42K for it. I said that i could give them 35 for it but they guy never went lower than 36500.00. They gave me a bullshit story about how they can't because they have to eat and pay the rent. So went to Westchester Acura to see another car that they had for about 31K same everything except it was FWD. The sales guy was very nice and he let me test drive it, something that Paragon didnt because I wouldn't sign papers. It ran well just that it didn't feel too grippy. Had a lot of body roll. I didnt want it so i made up a story about a really great deal i was getting from Park Ave Acura and the guy bought it. He gave me the same deal. It was so easy that i wish i would have made up a better story. i had to do some name dropping just to prove that the deal existed. That was my experience in getting my lease.

As I mentioned in another thread yesterday, the lease numbers are excellent right now for a 12 TL Tech. People should take a look at rolling early if their existing lease is close to ending. Residuals are a point lower on the SHAWD but still very good. There's also a $1000 dealer cash out there and also another $750 coming from Acura that dealers are supposed to use for a "loyalty" program. Many are not mentioning it and just pocketing the money. If anyone goes shopping make sure you grab all that $1750 if possible (if you are trading in another Acura).

Not sure but typically features such as these eventually trickle down the food chain. Just a question of time. The Blind spot feature I can live without. A $3 blind spot mirror solves that problem every time for me. The cooled seats are a different story. Have it on another one of our cars (an IS250). Living in Florida its a more useful feature for me then heated seats

Correct. Small mirror. Sticks on with tape and is placed in one of the outside corners of both mirrors. I don't personally think its tacky. Can hardly notice it. But to each his own. I've used them on every car I ever owned over the last 30 years. Saved me from a potential accident on many occasions. Ford is putting them on some of their new cars now. It's integrated into the main mirror. I don't know why every manufacturer doesn't do that. It seems like an obvious and inexpensive safety enhancer.

Very surprised any auto store wouldnt have them. I've never NOT seen them wherever I went. Did you ask? I know Pepboys USED to sell them because I can remember over the years buying them there. Right now I am closest to a Discount Auto Parts so that's where I get my car stuff. I know they sell them in all sizes there for small cars up to big truck size. Also sell them in various shapes. I usually get the smallest ones in round shape. They fit down in the corner of the window and are out of the way.
