Replacing head rests in TL - do TSX head rests stick out as far?

Replacing head rests in TL - do TSX head rests stick out as far?
I'm thinking of swapping out my current 2010 TL front head rests with 2004 TSX head rests. Does anyone know if the 04 TSX head rests stick out as far as the current '10 TL and if they'll fit?

I can't say for sure about 04' TSX, but I would think so. I put black leather headrests from a 3G accord in my TL and they fit fine.

2007 Accord I meant. It's the same black leather. I'm sure noone will ever notice or care.
